Absolutely the most effective, validating, most seen I have felt from any medical office in this City from my first call to the office, to my visit to the doctor, to getting regular meds and plans for a follow-up in 3 months. I was seen by Dr. Luke Hominson. This doctor is the GOAT. Since dr. Acosta is a retiring, I have switched doctors offices because the nurse practitioner there won't prescribe migraine medication.... Because she's uncomfortable. It's Maxalt. Non narcotic and works wonders for me. So because migraines make me 'uncomfy' I'm very happy with this office. Additionally, Dr. Hominson noticed that my blood pressure medication had not been increase from the initial dose as it should had and I had been suffering from hypertension at that very moment. So grateful!!!

I have a pcp and she and everyone there are amazing and there are times when they do get busy. Everyone needs to stop with the negative and start with the positive. I have never had a problem with them. And they do call back. It takes time. So PLEASE be patient and give them time to catch up on everything. THANK U NEW CASTLE PRIMARY HEALTHCARE for being the best doctors office I have ever had. I appreciate everything you guys do.

I'm actually very thankful my mother suggested this place. I see my primary physician (Shannon Feeney), therapist (Wendy Beeching), & phychologist (whom I haven't actually met yet) here. They are all very wonderful. I've only been here for a little while, but I haven't had a bad experience. It's very comfortable, and the staff is kind. Having everyone in one place is much easier than going to different offices. I had a little trouble setting up a couple in-take appointments but thats more my fault because I work night shift. After that it was very easy, and they were very helpful with my time schedule. I really really like this place. I'm schizophrenic and have high anxiety, I hate going to places like this usually, but I honestly look forward to coming here. My physician is awesome, I haven't seen a doctor in a long time, and she was very patient with me. She didnt make me feel embarrassed for not knowing a lot about my health and was so helpful. She helped me set up other appointments and was worried about my mental health. She seems like a genuinely kind person. My therapist is the same way, its easy to talk to her and she helped me with other appointments. Doctors for some reason always come off as cold to me, like they are just doing their job, but they seem to actually want to help. Maybe ive just had bad experiences. I really like this place and it's a very comfortable environment, I would suggest this place to anyone. Sorry this is so long im just very thankful for this place. My primary physician is Shannon Feeney & my therapist is Wendy Beeching, I forgot to put their names

I believe this office does they're best for patients young and old. Everyone does their part and very blessed to have Dr. Homison be our family physician. He is a kind, gentle, understanding and profound doctor who listens and doesn't treat you like a number. Ty Primary Health for your hard work and pleasant atmosphere.
